Archform’s registered UK laboratory is staffed by highly experienced, well-qualified technicians. Between us, we have decades of experience in providing orthodontic appliances and laboratory services to clinicians throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.
Our team has been in technical orthodontics since 1970, including university teaching and work in hospitals, private orthodontic practices and commercial laboratories. We’re leaders in our field and continue to research, develop and use the latest technologies to improve our products and services.
When fabricating appliances, we apply our extensive knowledge and craftsmanship to ensure they’re of the highest quality and made with exacting precision. You’ll get great service too, from helpful advice to an efficient turnaround. All our appliances and models are supplied by first class mail as routine, and we provide a by return service for urgent cases.

IT Solutions
Having recognised the increasing relevance of computer based solutions in Orthodontics, Archform have developed their own IT solution in partnership with a specialist and experienced computer aided design technology company.
Xisis are a UK based CAD reseller and Developer, with experience in bringing new and innovative products to market Xisis are always looking at new avenues to introduce CAD solutions.
Based in Oxford the Xisis R&D facility works closely with the Archform Laboratory in Sheffield and the Winchester Hospital on new advances to the technology offerings. Xisis have a core of application developers that can enhance any software we reseller or develop by integrating these tools with client existing programs and processes.
